Business Mindset/Background
Fleming Allocations has been a business thought about for quite some time. I truly cannot remember a month pass in the last 10 years without a family member, a friend or a friend of a friend state they feel they got "ripped off" or hated having to deal with their needs because of the process (comparing quotes, dealing with the salespeople, following up to see when a job will be completed, incurring additional costs). This is all due to lack of trust, and how certain industries have forgotten that people are the product, not the sale!
I became the "I know a guy" person to call and ask for help. This is due to making many relationships in various trades, and everyone knew I most likely (not always) could help them out and take it off their plate. It made me feel good when I was able to get individuals a better cost, or at times just a better service provider who was honest, trustworthy, and time based. As time went on, I received more and more calls from someone who stated "Hey, you just helped my friend out. Do you know someone who could do this?". Finally, we decided enough is enough and people can use our help, so we created Fleming Allocations. We all need that person to rely on and I am happy to be your "go to guy".
What we offer is our promise to do our absolute best in finding the best solutions to fit your needs. We cannot always guarantee to have the partner, but we will give it our all.
My process for your project is simple.
You contact Fleming Allocations and once we connect, you tell me what your needs are. I will then formulate a plan with my resources and start to get to work finding you the help you need and deserve. We can take the whole project from beginning to end or just gather your quotes, you make the call from there once we speak. Regardless, we want to make it very simple for you.
Fleming Allocations will charge a fair flat fee depending on the work we put into it. Again, this is where "Trust" gets involved, and you won't be disappointed. I do not overcharge as I have seen/heard many others do. In fact, in the past a few people have offered me more for my services from what I have charged.
Some people have referred to me as a reliable, trusting subcontractor, but I assure you I am a business allocator, negotiator and your "go to guy".
